Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our hospital team in the role of Anaesthesia. This position is vital for ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures and critical care interventions. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in various anaesthetic techniques to support medical teams and contribute to positive patient outcomes within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer general, regional, and local anaesthesia to patients while monitoring vital signs and adjusting dosages as necessary.
  • Manage patient ventilation and airway security, including performing intubation procedures with precision and care.
  • Provide comprehensive pain management strategies for post-operative and chronic pain patients.
  • Deliver critical care support within the ICU, managing complex cases and responding to medical emergencies.
  • Utilize regional and local anaesthetic techniques to facilitate specific surgical procedures.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with surgeons, nurses, and patients to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in a hospital setting.
  • Proven proficiency in ventilation management and intubation techniques.
  • Strong background in pain management protocols and critical care nursing or medicine.
  • Hands-on experience with ICU operations and patient stabilisation.
  • Competence in performing regional, local, and general anaesthesia.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and patients.
