1. Who we are

JobUnlocked is operated by Anyspace Ltd, which is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question, email support@jobunlocked.com.

2. What we collect

Account details, such as your email address.
Job search preferences you share with us, such as the jobs and places you're interested in.
Resumes you create or upload.
How you use JobUnlocked, such as jobs you save or hide.
Messages you send us.
Technical information, such as your approximate location and device details, used to show relevant jobs and keep your account secure.

Payments are handled by our payment partner. We never see your full card details.

3. How we use it

to run your account and show you relevant jobs;
to build, check and tailor your resume when you ask us to;
to send you sign-in emails and the job alerts you turn on;
to handle your plan and payments;
to help you when you contact us;
to keep JobUnlocked safe and make it better.

We do not sell your personal data, share it with employers, or use it for advertising.

4. AI features

Our resume tools use AI. When you use them, the text needed for that task is processed to produce your result. We don't use your resume to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run JobUnlocked, such as for payments, email, AI and hosting. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share data if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy still applies.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. When it is, we take steps to keep it protected.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

9. Your rights

You can delete your resumes, saved searches and job alerts at any time. To access, correct, export or delete your data, email support@jobunlocked.com from the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights too, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so if you think your account has been compromised, please email us straight away.

11. Children

JobUnlocked is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

If we make important changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
