Terms of Service

The rules for using JobUnlocked. Please read them. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

JobUnlocked ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Anyspace Ltd. These terms are an agreement between you and Anyspace Ltd. You can reach us at support@jobunlocked.com.

2. Who can use JobUnlocked

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must give us a real email address that you can access.
  • Your account is for you only. Don't share it, sell it, or let other people use it. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. What JobUnlocked does

JobUnlocked collects job listings from company career pages and other public job sources and helps you search them. It also includes tools that help you build, check and tailor your resume.

We are not an employer or a recruitment agency. We don't hire, interview or represent anyone. When you apply, you apply directly with the employer on their website, and anything that happens after that is between you and the employer.

4. Job listings

  • We work hard to keep listings accurate and current, but we can't guarantee that a job is still open, or that the pay, location or other details are correct. Always check the details on the employer's own page.
  • Showing a job is not an endorsement of the employer. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for those websites.
  • We don't promise that you will get an interview or a job.
  • Stay safe: a real employer will never ask you to pay to apply, buy equipment, or send bank or ID details before a proper offer. If a listing looks wrong, tell us at support@jobunlocked.com and we will look at it.

5. Resume tools and AI

  • Our resume tools use artificial intelligence (AI) to write, check and tailor text. AI can make mistakes. Read everything before you use it, and make sure it is true. You are responsible for what you send to employers.
  • Never let a resume claim experience, skills or qualifications you don't have. We may refuse requests that ask the tools to invent them.
  • We don't guarantee that a resume will pass an employer's screening software or get you an interview.
  • Your resume is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it and we don't show it to employers.

6. Plans, payments and renewal

  • Most of JobUnlocked needs a paid plan. The plans and prices available to you are shown before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, who also sends your receipt and handles sales tax. We never see your full card details.
  • Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and you are charged again, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your Account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • A lifetime plan is a single payment for access to jobs for as long as JobUnlocked runs. It includes the AI resume builder for one year from the date you pay. It is not for your lifetime or ours, and it can't be transferred.
  • If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
  • We sometimes offer discounts, for example when you cancel. Each offer applies only as described when it is shown.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or download listings or other content in bulk, by hand or with bots, scripts or other automated tools;
  • use our content to build a competing job board, database or service;
  • resell, share or give others access to your plan;
  • try to get around payment, access limits or security, or reverse-engineer the service;
  • overload or disrupt the service, or upload anything harmful;
  • use JobUnlocked for anything illegal, misleading or abusive.

8. Our content

The JobUnlocked website, design, software, name and logo belong to Anyspace Ltd. Job listings belong to the employers who posted them. You may use JobUnlocked for your own personal job search, and nothing else.

9. Suspending or closing accounts

You can stop using JobUnlocked at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, misuse the service, put other people at risk or don't pay. If we close your account because you broke these terms, you won't get a refund. If we shut down JobUnlocked completely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused part of a weekly or monthly plan.

10. No guarantees

We provide JobUnlocked "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or right for your situation. Some countries don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

11. Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, Anyspace Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings, a missed job or lost data. Our total liability to you for anything related to JobUnlocked is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh handle any disputes. If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim where you live, you keep that right. Before going to court, please email us. Most problems can be solved quickly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as JobUnlocked changes. For important changes, we will email you or show a notice in the app at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using JobUnlocked after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

14. Other terms

  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us.
  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
  • You can't transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer them if JobUnlocked is sold or reorganised, and your rights stay the same.
