Work a holiday shift and earn [1.5×] your hourly rate from your very first day — no waiting period. Nine paid holidays a year when you work them, for full-time and part-time alike:

What you’ll do

• Support adults with disabilities in their own home and out in the community: cooking, errands, appointments, outings, and working toward their personal goals
• Build relationships with the person you support
• Help make their holiday feel like theirs

What you’ll need

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a DOJ background check and a drug screening (per California standards)
• CPR/First Aid (we’ll help you get certified)
• Patience, dependability, and a genuine interest in people
• No experience required; caregiving or DSP experience is a plus
