We’re looking for an Estimator & Operations Specialist who loves technology, thrives on keeping things moving and wants to grow into running our operations.

• Turn RFQs into fast, accurate quotes: read the print, plan the process, source material and outside processing, and estimate hours with our toolmakers

• Use AI tools and our ERP to quote faster, and sharpen every quote with actual job results

• Keep every job moving from order to on-time delivery: scheduling, purchasing, outside processing, shipping and receiving

• Be the go-to contact for customers, engineers and suppliers on requirements, pricing and lead times

• Build and improve the AI workflows, automations and data that run the business

• Spot what could run better and make it happen

• Experience in a machine shop or precision manufacturing: estimating, planning, purchasing or manufacturing engineering, or hands-on as a machinist or toolmaker

• Solid print reading and GD&T, and a feel for how machining, heat treat and finishing drive cost and lead time

• Digitally sharp: fast with ERP systems, Excel and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT

• Highly organized: you juggle many priorities and close the loop on every one

• A clear, confident communicator with customers, suppliers and the shop team

Precision CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM, programmed in Mastercam and at the control. Since 1974, we’ve made everything from mold inserts and die components to fixtures and precision assemblies. We run on a modern ERP and put AI to work across the business.
