IT Intern

Position Overview:

Join our passionate team at HCA as an IT Intern and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Intern, you'll play a vital role in updating our systems and assisting in the technological support across our different locations.

• Pay Rate will be $16.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 15-18 Hours a week

Duties And Responsibilities

· Your primary task will be updating Window 10 systems to Window 11.

· Tasks will include but are not limited to converting Drives from Master Boot record “MBR” to Secure Boot to allow Window 11 conversion.

· Install Windows 11 update after disk conversion.

· Being able to schedule with users timeframe to work on their system.

· Work at various HCA locations to perform work.

Intern will Learn

· Interns will work with Command prompt, and DOS commands to complete conversion from MBR to secure boot.

· Interns will learn how to manage time while working with users in a tight timeframe for installs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in working with Windows 10 and 11 Pro operating systems.
• Familiar and able to work in command prompt and issue commands.
• Able to work independently.
