Line Cook

Compensation: $18.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring each dish meets quality standards and presentation expectations.
- Follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency across all dishes served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Serve dishes efficiently to ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Wash dishes as needed.
- Open and close kitchen.

Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related role within a restaurant or culinary environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays(as needed).
