Summary:
• Provide end-to-end digital accessibility expertise across the entire software development life cycle.
• Conduct automated and manual accessibility testing using assistive technologies to ensure Section 508 and WCAG compliance.
• Evaluate UI/UX designs and apply front-end code remediation to support enterprise human capital management applications.

Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 13+ years
• Total Compensation: $314k+ yearly (tentative)

Job Description:
• Integrate digital accessibility standards into every phase of the software development life cycle.
• Review, audit, and enforce accessibility compliance across UX design, UI development, and engineering workflows.
• Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing utilizing assistive technologies.
• Support requirements analysis, software architecture, UI/UX design, and wireframing for enterprise solutions.
• Remediate and develop user interfaces using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js, and Vue.js.
