Wheelers Chevrolet GMC of Marshfield is looking for a sales consultant! Like helping people more than pushing them? Our salespeople don't work on commission, so the only thing you're ever trying to sell someone is the right vehicle.

What will you do?

• Greet walk-in, phone, and online customers and find out what they actually need

• Walk customers through new Chevrolet and used vehicles, explaining features in plain terms

• Take customers on test drives and answer questions honestly

• Help customers value their trade-in, including people who just want to sell us their car

• Support online shoppers, including those buying 100% online

• Follow up with customers using our CRM, without hounding them

• Coordinate with finance, service, and detail teams so every delivery goes smoothly

• Keep current on Chevrolet trucks, SUVs, EVs, and GM technology

• Help keep the lot and showroom clean and ready

Who are we looking for?

You don't need car sales experience. We'll train you on the vehicles and the process. We care more about how you treat people.

Must have:

• A friendly, honest way with people

• Good listening and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

• Comfort with computers, phones, and email

• Ability to work Saturdays

Nice to have:

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience

• Interest in trucks, cars, or anything with an engine

• Ties to Marshfield and other local communities
