• Every part a new challenge.One-offs, prototypes and short runs for automotive, medical device, aerospace, industrial automation and engineered products. Tolerances to .0001″.

• Take precision tooling and components from print to finished part

• Program in Mastercam and at the control; plan setups, workholding and machining strategy

• Machine hardened tool steel, stainless, specialty alloys, aluminum and engineered plastics

• Hold tight tolerances and own quality from first cut to finished part

• Take on the toughest jobs and mentor the next generation of toolmakers

• Bring ideas that make us better: new methods, new tooling, new technology

• 10+ years of toolroom experience: tooling, molds, dies, fixtures or precision components

• Programming in Mastercam and at the control (mills and/or lathes)

• Expert blueprint reading and GD&T

• A track record of holding tight tolerances on one-off and short-run work

• Pride in your craft and the drive to keep raising the bar

Precision CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM, programmed in Mastercam and at the control. Since 1974, we’ve made everything from mold inserts and die components to fixtures and precision assemblies. We run on a modern ERP and put AI to work across the business.
