Senior Finance and Admin Executive

• Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.
• Manage daily accounting functions such as transaction recording, journal entries, invoice issuance, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Oversee and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable, including debtor aging and collection follow-ups.
• Process accounts payable, verify supplier invoices, and ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience handling a full set of accounts and multi-currency transactions.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and ABSS (MYOB)
• Knowledge of project accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
