Job description

Hi, We’re CompanyCam

We’re a simple-to-use photo documentation and productivity app for contractors of every industry. Packed with intuitive functionality, CompanyCam facilitates unparalleled communication and accountability across a contractor’s entire business. By providing a consumer-grade, game-changing experience, we help contractors build trust within their company and with their users.

CompanyCam is a fun, energetic team united by our core values of Show Up, Grow Up, and Do Good. As soon as you join our team, you'll notice that we trust our employees to do what's best for our product, customers, and team members and empower them to make the right calls.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to build and own our marketing measurement framework from the ground up. You’ll be the dedicated analyst for Marketing, turning data into clear answers about what’s driving growth across the full customer funnel, from first lead to power user.

You’ll work hand in hand with our analytics engineering partner, who structures our raw marketing data into clean, reliable tables, while you dig into those tables to analyze outcomes and shape strategy. You’ll also partner directly with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, so this is a role for someone who is comfortable having a point of view and backing it up.

Location: Candidates must permanently and currently reside in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build our marketing measurement framework and KPIs from scratch

  • Own marketing analytics strategy and be the go-to analytics voice in stakeholder conversations

  • Analyze the full customer funnel, from lead generation through activation, retention, and power users

  • Partner with analytics engineering to architect marketing data models and make sure the right data is available and trustworthy

  • Run advanced analyses, including segmentation, cohort analysis, time-series analysis, and A/B test analysis

  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and recommend evidence-based next steps

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in BI tools for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Write clear summaries and presentations of your findings, with actionable recommendations

  • Help scope experiments and turn insights into prioritized marketing initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve our analytical tooling and processes

  • Promote reproducible analysis standards and strong data quality practices

The Impact You’ll Have

At CompanyCam, your work makes a real impact. Whether you're writing code, supporting customers, or designing experiences, your contributions directly shape the product we deliver and the people we serve. We're building something that helps real people solve real problems—and we believe that kind of work is best done by a team that reflects the world around us. In this role, you’ll drive impact by:

  • Giving Marketing a clear, trusted view of what drives growth and where to invest

  • Establishing the measurement foundation that guides marketing strategy for years to come

  • Speeding up decision-making with reliable, easy-to-use data and reporting

  • Turning complex funnel data into measurable outcomes and prioritized next steps

  • Strengthening how Marketing, Product, and leadership use data together

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Marketing analytics experience, including deep understanding of both high-velocity SMB funnels and longer-cycle Mid-Market / ABM motions

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets

  • Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools, specifically Omni, Amplitude, and Marketo

  • Strong understanding of statistics, experimental design, and common analytical methods

  • Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders, including holding your own as the only analyst in the room

  • Perseverance and a team-player mindset, with comfort working through ambiguity and building from scratch

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex findings to varied audiences

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reproducibility

Preferred

  • Experience with Omni

  • Proficiency in a programming language such as SQL, Python or R for analysis

  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms

  • Experience working closely with analytics engineering teams

  • Prior experience in a senior or lead analytics role, or as a sole analyst

  • Experience in SaaS or a similar industry

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a strong analytics focus

  • A continuous growth-mindset, with a focus on learning, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.

  • A knack for creativity and innovation, bringing fresh ideas to the table and solving complex problems.
