Implementation Technician

Diligent’s robot, Moxi, delivers medications, lab samples and supplies in hospitals across the US so nurses can spend more time with patients. As an Implementation Technician, you’re on the ground helping launch Moxi at new hospitals: you test robots on real routes, train hospital staff, and make sure every launch goes smoothly. No robotics background is needed. If you’re great with people, curious about technology and like to travel, this is a way into robotics with a clear path to a technical Field Application Specialist role.

Responsibilities

• Test Moxi robots end to end on real hospital routes and give engineers clear, accurate feedback
• Train clinical and non-clinical hospital staff on working with Moxi, and introduce Moxi to hospital leaders (Meet Moxi presentations and rounding)
• Monitor and assist robots safely in busy hallways during implementation
• Answer questions from hospital staff, patients and visitors
• Prepare robots and sites: receive and pack robots, pull elevator bags, deploy kiosks/request stations, and label maps in Fetch and Semantic
• Collect data that helps engineers fix door and elevator issues
• Keep training materials and team resources current
• Flag issues early and support Specialists and Engineers wherever needed

What Makes You Stand Out

Healthcare or hospital experience (e.g., patient transport, unit clerk, CNA, pharmacy tech, EVS); experience training or presenting to groups; travel or field-based work; customer service in fast-paced settings; any hands-on tech interest (IT help desk, electronics, gaming/tech hobbies).
