Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.

The selected candidate will work closely with the IT team, assisting with daily technical operations, resolving basic technical issues, and learning how to maintain and support the company's IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team in providing technical support to employees.
• Help troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with setting up employee workstations and configuring devices.
• Help manage IT inventory and maintain accurate equipment records.
• Assist with user account setup and basic access management.
• Support routine IT maintenance, updates, and software installations.
• Document technical issues and follow up on support requests.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the IT team.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or personal experience in IT support is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of hardware installation and software troubleshooting is an advantage.
