Job description
The position is to:
- Build sourcing strategies and a long-term spend and risk outlook for each spend area.
- Lead tenders, compare proposals fairly and negotiate prices and key contract terms.
- Track supplier markets, freight and exchange rates, and build total-cost models.
- Manage strategic suppliers, deliver savings validated by Finance and coach the sourcing team.
The position requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience including 3 years in a procurement or sourcing leadership role
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and contract skills
- Skilled in SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI
